Insurance & Referrals
As your primary care doctors, we will coordinate all aspects of your medical care. If you have a health question, just ask. We will refer you to a specialist for treatment when medically necessary and continue to coordinate your care with the consulting doctor.
If your insurance plan requires a prior written referral or pre-authorization, you must call our office. Your insurance requires three to five business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to process your referral/pre-authorization. If you have any questions, call our office. We will be happy to help you.
Our office accepts most major insurance plans. You may call our office for the list of plans or refer to your insurance manual. Co-pays are due at time of service. Payments are accepted in cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
We require 24 hours to process your refill. You may request a refill via our prescription line or ask your physician for refills at that time of service.
If lab work or other tests were ordered, we will notify you of your results with either a letter or a phone call, or you may call the office. Our office will return your call within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
